About the club
We started this because someone called your pelvis a flaw.
Sometime in the last few weeks, a video probably introduced you to a “problem” you'd never noticed. That's not a coincidence — it's a cycle. Every summer, the hip dip trend comes back, and every summer a wave of brands shows up promising to “fix” something that is literally your skeleton.
HipDips is the other kind of store. We lead with the part that loses us sales: hip dips are bone structure. About 90% of women have them. No workout, wrap, or legging changes bone.
Then we get practical, because “love yourself” is true but not always useful when the wedding is Saturday. Muscle around the dip is trainable. Fabric over the dip is styleable. Procedures exist, cost $3,000–$10,000, and fade — and we'll tell you that too, with sources, before anyone marks up a syringe.
The method behind every article
- Every number is sourced. Costs come from published provider pricing and medical literature, and we date them.
- Every promise is bounded. If we say “8 weeks,” we show what 8 weeks realistically looks like — angles, lighting and all.
- Nothing is medical advice. We're a training and style brand. Before any procedure, talk to a licensed, board-certified provider.
- AI-assisted, human-approved. We use AI to research and draft, and a human editor reviews, fact-checks and approves every page before it publishes. Pages that don't meet the bar don't ship.
The club rules
- Bone-truth first, always.
- Real numbers or no numbers.
- No shame-marketing. We will never call your body a problem to sell you a solution.
- “Do nothing” is always listed as a valid option.
